Yes. Every Colour's faucet carries a 7-year warranty on the body against manufacturing defects in casting, machining and plating, and a 1-year warranty on the ceramic disc cartridge and moving parts, replaced free of charge in that period. Warranty runs from the date of purchase against the retailer's invoice and covers the fitting itself, not installation. It does not extend to damage from scale, grit, abrasive cleaners, or forcing of handles and threads.

Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry. Water left standing on plating is what dulls it, not use. Never use acid cleaners, bleach, scouring powder or a scrubbing pad on a plated surface. Flush the line before fitting: grit from new pipework is the commonest cause of a dripping cartridge. Tighten by hand onto thread tape; a pipe wrench on a plated body will mark it. In hard-water areas, clear the aerator every few months; it unscrews by hand.

For daily care, simply wipe your faucets dry after use with a soft cloth. For weekly cleaning, use warm water with mild soap and avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals. For hard water deposits, apply white vinegar with a soft cloth for 5–10 minutes, then rinse. Clean the aerator every 3–6 months by unscrewing and soaking in vinegar.
